  • IMSB
  • Nautilus Leg press with 260 pounds
    • inside the 3 minute break, do swiss ball shoulder walkouts
  • stiff leg deads w/ 55 pound dumbells.. a bit too heavy, didn’t do 5/5 perfectly
    • inside the break, more swiss ball
  • Nautilus incline press w/ 50? pounds
  • Yates bent row with 45 then 35 pounds on the bar.. but that was too hard to do 5/5
